Puzzle Cube Challenge

The problem I had to solve was to help a company build a product from the leftover cubes so they wont be wasting money. The solution was to build a toy for the ages 3+. The given constraints of the problem was that the puzzle must be fabricated from 27 hard wood cubes. The puzzle must contain 5 puzzle pieces that are permanently attached. In order to solve the problem first i brain stormed on the shape of the 5 separate pieces. Then, I had to put the pieces together and color the design. Finally, I made the design of the package and the name of the product. What I really liked about the project was that we got to work in partners, and that it was a very hands on project. one thing that I would change about the project would be to change the size of the cubes like make them bigger. Finally, the most challenging thing that I had to do in this project was to have to cut all the cube sand put them together.

It is important to have strong presentation skills because you will have to do presentations when you get into college, and when you get a job.

I feel that I learned a lot in my engineering class because we did lots of things that I thought I would never do or learn about. I never knew I would ever learn about things like robots and different kinds of bridges.

Disadvantage of solar panels

One of the major disadvantages of solar panels is that you can only use it half of the day. Another disadvantage is that each panel cost about $1000. Also weather can affect the efficacy of the solar cells.

I support solar energy because it has way more pros than cons. one pro is that solar panels don't produce any pollution; however there are also cons like it only produces electricity half of the day, but you can still save some of the electricity during the day to save for the night.

My weekend

I read a couple of books. I played My Sims on my sisters WII, and HALO on my xbox. I did math and world Geo homework. I had a really boring weekend.

It's time to start helping Earth. There are lots of things you can do to help the Earth. I'm going to type about solar panels. Solar panels will help save our planet by saving electricity. They are really helpful they can help save money for your electric bill.
